Our production begins with coconut shells, a byproduct of desiccated and virgin coconut industries. By repurposing this discarded material, we build a process focused on sustainability and resource efficiency. This approach minimizes waste while supporting circular economy principles.
Through responsible sourcing and efficient processing, we ensure each stage contributes to environmental preservation and consistent quality. Sustainability is embedded into our operations, enabling eco-conscious solutions without compromising performance.
Our facility operates with high environmental efficiency using advanced technologies to reduce emissions and energy use. A waste heat recovery system captures kiln heat to generate steam, eliminating the need for fossil fuels in this process.
We manage the full conversion process in-house, from coconut shells to activated carbon, ensuring strict quality control. Shells are first converted into high-grade charcoal and then refined into activated carbon, ensuring consistent and reliable product quality.
Sri Lankan coconut shells are exceptionally hard, dense, and uniform, making them ideal for high-quality activated carbon production.
