Activated carbon plays a vital role in modern purification and filtration processes across a wide range of industries. From water and air treatment to gold recovery and specialized consumer applications, its high adsorption capacity ensures effective removal of impurities and contaminants. Our product range includes solutions tailored for diverse industrial needs, supported by consistent quality, durability, and performance. With a focus on innovation and reliability, we address both current demands and emerging technologies such as Supercapacitor applications.

Water purification & contaminant removal

Water & Wastewater Treatment

Activated carbon plays a critical role in removing contaminants, odors, and chemicals from water to ensure safe and clean supply for industrial and municipal use.

Activated Carbon for Water Purification

Our activated carbon for water purification is supplied primarily in Granular Activated Carbon (GAC) form. It is specifically designed for the removal of chlorine, taste, odour, organic contaminants, pesticides, and other dissolved impurities from drinking water and industrial water treatment systems. Our coconut shell-based activated carbon provides high adsorption capacity, excellent mechanical strength, and low impurity levels to ensure safe and reliable water purification.

Gas filtration & emission control

Industrial Filtration & Pollution Control

Used to capture harmful gases, VOCs, and industrial emissions, activated carbon helps industries meet environmental standards and maintain air quality.

Activated Carbon for Gas Purification

Our activated carbon for gas purification is supplied in pelletized activated carbon form with a standard particle size of 4 × 8 USS Mesh. Depending on the application, the carbon can also be chemically impregnated using KOH, KI, or NaOH to enhance the removal of VOCs, hydrogen sulphide, ammonia, and industrial emissions.

Metal extraction & recovery

Mining & Precious Metals Recovery

Activated carbon is essential in extracting and recovering precious metals like gold through advanced adsorption processes, improving efficiency and yield.

Activated Carbon for Gold Recovery

Activated carbon for gold recovery is specifically designed for CIP (Carbon in Pulp), CIL (Carbon in Leach), and CIC (Carbon in Coloumn) processes and is produced from coconut shell to ensure high mechanical strength and optimal pore distribution. It must efficiently adsorb gold cyanide complexes while maintaining structural stability under continuous mechanical stress. Low attrition and minimal fines generation are critical to prevent gold losses.
Parameter Typical Range / Requirement
Iodine Number 1100 – 1200 mg/g
